Tim and Shelly's Motorcycles

Although our hearts are content with 3 wheelers - we do get off that beaten path once in a while with vehicles of two wheels. This page is all about our bikes.

Here is what we currently have.

1964 Vespa 90

Shelly got this vintage scooter from a friend of the family who sadly passed away during the restortoration of this Italian classic. John Keister (Tim's Father) finished the restoration which was limited to assembly. However - that was no easy task considering it's complex assemblies and tiny tight spots that no grown man's hand should reach.

Here is a completed picture of the scooter. VERY COOL!

Shelly got this as a Christmas gift from Tim in 2006.

1986 Honda Trail 110 (CT110)

This bike was given to Tim by his good friend Charlie
A full restoration of this bike will accompany Shelly's Trail 70 restoration
Known widely as a "Postie Bike" these little machines are used for postal delivery in Australia. Getting 175 Miles Per Gallon - I think the Aussie's are on to something! "Down Under" these bikes are hugely popular, and have become very collectible here in the USA
